Effective Resources has been coordinating and conducting the salary surveys for our organization for over ten years. My experience with Effective Resources was rewarding on multiple levels. As my first time writing an AAP, I didn't know where to begin, but Angel showed the patience and depth of understanding to help me through what would have otherwise been an unpleasant lesson.
